Typhoon Nika (Toraji), the Philippines’ 14th tropical cyclone for 2024, is bringing fierce winds and moderate to torrential rain to parts of Luzon.
Nika made landfall in Aurora on Monday morning, November 11, then began crossing Northern Luzon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
