MANILA, Philippines – The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2024’s Gabi ng Parangal is happening on the evening of Tuesday, December 27, at the Solaire Grand Ballroom in Parañaque City.
The Filipino filmmakers and actors behind the entries in this year’s iteration of the annual film festival are gracing the venue in hopes of taking home Best Float, Best Child Performer, Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Picture, to name a few.
MMFF 2024 has a lineup of 10 films, which includes And the Breadwinner Is…, Green Bones, Isang Himala, The Kingdom, Strange Frequencies: Taiwan Killer Hospital, Espantaho, Hold Me Close, My Future You, Topakk, and Uninvited.
The awards night’s program includes a red carpet walk and performances by different Filipino artists.
The 2024 MMFF runs from December 25, 2024, to January 7, 2025, in cinemas nationwide. – Rappler.com
