MANILA, Philippines – Accused-whistleblower Julie “Dondon” Patidongan tagged at least 10 police officers and personnel in the missing sabungeros case during a press conference on Monday, July 14.
Patidongan, along with the families of the missing cockfighting enthusiasts, filed an administrative complaint against the cops with the National Police Commission.
